Ich fahre jetzt gleich nach Dresden, um dort den Geburtstag meines Onkels zu feiern. Ich freue mich schon sehr darauf, meine Familie zu sehen, da wir uns nicht sehr often sehen können.
Ich hoffe ihr habt ein tolles und entspannendes Wochenende!

Wie ihr sehen könnt, sind meine Haare jetzt ein bisschen anders - die Ansätze sind weg sowie etwa 5 cm. Mir gefällt es sehr, auch wenn meine Haare kaum anders sind als sie zuvor waren...

As you can see, my hair's a bit different now - the roots are gone and about 5 cm got cut off. I like it very much even there's not really a difference to how I had my hair before...

Endless Relief

Heute habe ich das Referat gehalten von dem ich euch im letzten Post erzählt habe. Es lief sehr gut, meine Dozentin war zufrieden (und sie hat ihre Doktorarbeit über das Thema geschrieben!) und somit war ich es auch. Nun werde ich mich morgen mit einem Gang zum Frisör belohnen: nichts besonderes, nur Ansatz nachfärben und Spitzen schneiden.

Today I had this presentation I told you about in the last post. It went very well, my tutor was happy with it (and she wrote her doctorate about it), and so was I. Now I'll treat myself tomorrow by going to the hairdresser: nothing exciting, I just want to have my roots dyed and my ends trimmed.

Dark Red And Off White

Wir hatten tolles Wetter am Wochenende hier in Leipzig. Ich habe nicht wirklich viel gemacht, ich war eigentlich nur reiten und habe an meiner Präsentation gearbeitet, die ich Mittwoch halten muss. Parallel dazu schreibe ich an meiner Hausarbeit über das gleiche Thema. Ich muss es eigentlich erst im März abgeben, dachte mir aber es wäre sinnvoller sie jetzt schon zu schreiben, wo ich die ganzen Bücher darüber gelesen habe.
Heute war wieder ein Uni-Tag mit einem Zahnarzttermin morgens. Zum Glück hatte ich nie Probleme mit meinen Zähnen und so dauert es immer nur 5 Minuten wenn sie untersucht werden.

We had very nice weather here in Leipzig at the weekend. I didn't do much, actually just riding and working on my presentation which I have to hold on wednesday. Parallel to that I write an essay about the same topic. I actually have to hand it in in March, but I thought it would be more efficient to write it now, as I read all the books about it.
Today was a day full of uni again with an appointment at the dentist in the morning. Fortunately I never had problems with my teeth so it always tooks just 5 minutes when they get checked.

Lace And Light Blue

Endlich ist Wochenende! Heut abend muss ich noch zwei Stunden arbeiten, was okay ist, und dann werde ich mich mit meiner Schwester, ihrem Freund und einer Freundin, Anna, zum Abendessen treffen. Es wird Lasagne und Limetten-Mousse geben...hmmm!
Den Rock habe ich mit viel Schwarz kombiniert, andererseits würde es vielleicht aussehen als ob ich eine "Professionelle" wäre...(ihr wisst schon, Spitze und Seitenschlitz)

It's weekend, finally! I just have to work for two hours in the evening, which is fine, and then I'll meet my sister, her boyfriend and my friend Anna for dinner. We're going to have lasagne and lime mousse...yummy!
I combined the skirt with a lot of black otherwise it would probably look a bit like I'm a 'professional'...(you know, lace and side vent)

Autumn At Its Best

Heute war das Wetter wunderschön - sehr sonnig und trocken, einfach ein perfekter Herbsttag!
Ehrlich gesagt, weiß ich gar nicht was ich heute schreiben soll, deshalb poste ich einfach mein Outfit und rede nichts Unsinniges...
